Catriona Matthew is one of Europe's most succesful women golfers with a major, four LPGA Tour titles and six Ladies European Tour wins to her name. She also won the 1996 Australian Women's Open and after nine appearances in the Solheim Cup as a player was last year named captain for the biennial matches which will be played at Gleneagles, in Scotland, in September.
